Madagascar

Exotic and relatively little visited, this 1200km long island offers nature on the borderline of extinction and in incredible variety. 

Madagascar has a variety of habitats from lush forests, deserts in the west and sub-tropical islands in the north.

 

Towering baobab tree specimen that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Lemurs, often comical when on the move, that call only this island home.
