Botswana

Botswana offers unique, intimate safari experiences for the seasoned traveller. Botswana consciously keeps number of visitors down, and opts for quality over quantity. This results in small scale, high-end safaris.

The country is also home to the world’s largest inland wetland system, the Okavango Delta. Every year the Okavango river floods the plains and transforms the dry savannah into a lush oasis attracting abundant wildlife.

As the Delta offers possibly Africa’s most prolific safari experience, there is more to explore. Visit the Kalahari, a vast semi-desert area or the Makgadikgadi Pans. In these salt pans an annual migration of wildebeest, zebra and flamingos takes place.
