St. Helena

This part of the British Empire could previously only be reached by long boat trips from South Africa or England but since 2016 boats its own airport.

The island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean is best known for its famous exile, Napoleon Bonaparte. The island’s location midway between Brazil and Namibia and above the Tropic of Capricorn has a subtropical climate. Africa’s own Easter Island is worth a visit if only to meet its locals, known as the Saints.

Africas own Easter Islands is worth a visit if only to meet its friendly and hospitable locals, known as the Saints.

“The human race is governed by its imagination.”, Napoleon Bonaparte
